PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
This maintenance agreement includes the following options.
PRICES HAVE BEEN UPDATED AS OF APRIL 1st, 2026.
Routine Maintenance:
One-year plan: $$175.00
Two-year plan:$375.00
The Routine Maintenance Plan Includes:
– Prices for single-family systems only (500 GPD)
– Three (3) inspection reports, at least one every four (4) months, will be filed with the authorized agency as required by the TCEQ regulations. A weatherproof tag will be attached to the control box showing the date that each inspection was made and will be initialed by the inspector.
** The customer will receive three (3) inspections, at least one every four (4) months. **
– Items included on the inspection report will be aerator, filters, irrigation pump, disinfection device, chlorine supply, OK system light, spray filed vegetation, sprinkler or drip backwash. Aerobic Systems, Inc. will respond to your call for service within 48 hours (not including weekends and holidays -Please note that trip charges double on holidays).
Jim Frierson OS 5807 is certified by the manufacturer to service your aerobic system.
This agreement does not include the cost of repairs or chlorine (Homeowner must maintain chlorine supply). Nor does it include the pumping of sludge from the treatment plant or replacing sprinkler heads.
Homeowner operations must be strictly followed. Homeowner Maintenance Recommendations documents are available upon request.
TRIP CHARGES APPLY AS FOLLOWS:
** Service calls other than routine inspection: $75.00
** Weekend/Holiday trip charges: $150.00
** No access for routine inspection: $75.00 – TAKES EFFECT 3/25/2026.
Aerobic Systems, Inc. requires access to the system for routine inspections. If routine inspection cannot be performed at a time of our convenience, the trip charge must be paid before the inspection can be rescheduled. If the inspection is not rescheduled within 30 days, the contract will be canceled according to requirements set forth be the TCEQ.
COST OF REPAIRS NEVER INCLUDED are chlorine, plumbing lines under the house, water damage, tank structure failure, lift or transfer pump, electrical circuits from main power supply to control box, or failure due to abuse, vandalism, Acts of God, or repairs required at beginning of contract.
PARTS REPLACEMENTS PLAN:
One-year plan: $450.00
Two-year plan: $825.00
– Prices for single-family systems only (500 GPD)
– Includes all items from the Routine Maintenance as outlined above, plus: replacement for Control Box, Aerator, and/or Water Pump should they fail due to normal use within contract period for complete maintenance. Trip charge will apply.
SYSTEM MUST BE IN GOOD WORKING ORDER AT CONTRACT START DATE.
